Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the fragrance in its original packaging and ensure the bottle is tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
